In addition to a thorough verbal and physical assessment, there will be hands on treatment with advice and an exercise program to help speed your recovery.
All initial assessments will be 50 mins to 1 hour with follow up appointments being 45 mins (if required)

I had an excellent experience with Alistair during my physio therapy treatment. I was experiencing frequent Achilles pain that had been troubling me for months. With a combination of a few appointments with Alistair and exercises he gave me to do at home. I was pain free in just a few weeks. Could not have asked for a better service. Alistair got in touch with me very quickly after I sent an enquiry about an initial assessment. He was really friendly and reassuring throughout the session, and was able to figure out what the probable causes of my problem were. I would highly recommend his high quality services. I also found that, as a student, the cost of the session was great, especially in comparison to all other physio clinics I had looked into.
