As well as Physiotherapy, we offer a range of services including Shockwave Therapy, Specialist Knee Bracing and Ultrasound Guided Injections.

Our team of highly trained physios, are educated to masters level and beyond, and have published in research journals and/or text books. We mentor and lecture at an undergraduate and post graduate level.

As a team we provide expert knowledge, diagnosis and treatment. We pride ourselves in providing high quality evidence based physiotherapy. Our typical client base varies from those with simple aches and pains, through to the recreational ‘weekend warrior’, to elite athletes

Ankle Injury Treatment

I attended Flex for treatment of an ankle fracture following a fall. I visited them twice and on both occasions the physiotherapists gave me good advice and treatment. They were knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and explained everything clearly. My experience of using Flex Physiotherapy has been excellent. I would recommend their service.
