Lakeland Sports Injury Clinic is a multi-award winning injury clinic, managed by advanced practice therapist, Lisa McCarthy. The clinic provides customised treatment plans for acute and chronic injuries, both sports and non-sports related, specialising in musculoskeletal dysfunction and complex soft tissue injuries. A preliminary consultation will determine a precise and detailed injury diagnosis, followed by treatment intervention and a managed rehabilitation plan. Our sole objective is to assist and enable clients to return to a pain free life, with full mobility regained. Lisa is currently completing a Master's degree in Sports Medicine to add to an extensive resume of advanced clinical modalities and a wealth of experience dedicated to providing effective injury solutions and patient outcomes.

Recommended seeing Lisa by my local GP. Had a shoulder injury and was having to take high strength painkillers for the pain so I could still go to work each day. Completed my treatment and my shoulder pain has gone thanks to the expert treatment and knowledge that I received at Lisa's clinic. Lisa is excellent at relieving pain she is very thorough and explains everything to you before starting a treatment. Lisa even has plastic models to show Hans on how the treat ment works at reducing pain. I have only the highest regard for her as a physio. Just simply a great person.

I went to Lisa after a shoulder injury as I had a lot of pain and limited mobility. She was so helpful and friendly and I had regained a lot of movement after a few sessions and by following her advice. After 6 sessions my shoulder issues were resolved. She is honest and very good at explaining everything, always happy to answer any questions. I would recommend her to anyone!
