Why Choose us?

All physios are NOT the same

9 out of 10 patients are entirely satisfied with our service and would recommend us to their friends and family.

Thousands of people have trusted us to get them better.

The majority of our clients are from word of mouth referrals and those who come back again return with a different problem or new injury.

Many of our patients have had physio elsewhere before coming to see us.

Experience | At Impact you will only find experienced and dynamic physios. Most of us have more than 10 years experience working with individuals to solve their problems (some of us much longer!)

Qualifications | We work with elite teams and most of our staff have post graduate qualifications. We have all been based in the hospital environment and extended our knowledge into the private sector

Our partnership with you | We view our work with patients as a partnership. We consider you to be the most important member of the team and we'll treat you as such.

Support | We'll give you all the knowledge and support you require to properly manage your condition - so you don't have to keep coming back.

Your condition | We will get to the root cause of your condition beyond the symptom because as friendly as we are, we don't want you to spend your life on a treatment table. We promise if you are not showing signs of getting better within 3 weeks then we won't just keep on treating you. And we'll tell you why. However if you agree we will refer you on for further investigation, liaising with your GP and consultant.
