A fabulous massage by Aoife. They fit me in at short notice & even showed me a few exercises to do at home to relieve tension.

Really appreciate that I was contacted quickly after leaving a voicemail to fit me in for an appointment on that day which was badly needed. I had a deep tissue massage which was extremely helpful towards my painful back. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back very soon.

09.09.2014 - Stuart Verified userI am now pain-free
Full Body Massage for 1 and a half hours I had a very heavy fall a few years ago, and went to physiotherapy with no joy, I heard about the River Holistic centre had just opened, and one of the girls that help me with my back problems was working there, so I set up an appointment to go, and received the best treatment for back pain, from Dee, one of the staff in River, in a matter of weeks I felt a major difference in my back pain, that I continued many more sessions, I am now back-pain free for a few months and can't believe the relieve that this therapist has given me, thank you Dee and River for all your help.
