We aim to see patients within 20 minutes of their arrival time in the clinic and have extended opening hours, including weekends and evenings. I came to your clinic for a COVID-19 test I was travelling to West Africa and was required to get a private test done. I came to Canary Wharf as it was easy to get to by underground train.

I am from Australia on a 60-day holiday in the UK. The surgery is only 200 metres from my rented unit, so it was the obvious choice for me. I was not disappointed. The Check-in computer interface was easy and relevant. The doctor was pleasant and professional. The service was excellent, medical diagnosis accurate, with a 100% positive prescription. The fee for services rendered was extremely reasonable. I am in my late 70s and it was somewhat comforting to know there is a place that would care for me if my health took a downward turn whilst I am away from home.

BCG for my 8 month daughter. The doctor was happy to discuss my requests and give me advise. The injection was done quickly and my child didn't even know it had been done. The staff were friendly, the appointment ran on time. The facility was clean and inviting.I would go there again and recommend.

I have used a few private doctors in the city and locally on the Isle of Dogs. I have been several times for treatment of a severe allergic reaction to bites. On each occasion got an appointment really quickly and effective treatment. I think prices are comparable to other private doctors (possibly a bit less). The doctor was kind and empathetic. It’s the only private doctor that I’ve been to that sent me a follow-up email to check progress.
