EUGENIO R. PIPO III, MD, FPDS received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas

and finished his 3-year residency training program in Dermatology at the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine.

Dr. Pipo is a Diplomate of the Philippine Dermatological Society. He is also a member of the International Society of Dermatology and the Philippine Medical Association.
