Last week I had an appointment with the Blue Apple dental hygienist, Tanya, and her professional approach and empathetic manner have changed my negative attitude to dental hygiene procedures. I had a previous unfortunate experience in a different dental practice - not entirely the hygienist's fault, but it meant that I approached last week's appointment with great reluctance. Immediately Tanya put me at ease and I found the whole experience painless and thorough. She took the time to explain all aspects in detail and gave me very useful advice. Thank you Tanya for helping me overcome my fear of the dental hygiene process.

James worked with me to devise a dental plan to rebuild soft teeth, which had too many fillings over the years. In simple terms, he stripped back every tooth, removed every old filling, and rebuilt all my teeth. - It was a 2-year plan, with a lot of heavy sessions. But I have absolutely no regrets. The service from James and his staff is exceptional. Huge thanks also to Stephanie who managed all appointments and payment plan.

The team listened to my dental history (which was long and complex due to another medical condition), thoroughly analysed the situation, explained all of my treatment options, and proceeded promptly with treatment. I required 5 implants, as well as other work (which is ongoing). Although having 5 implants done in one session is not the sort of thing I would like on a daily basis, the surgery caused virtually no pain and only minor discomfort. Very friendly, welcoming and professional people..
