19.04.2016 - Adam Verified userI would recommend Jordan to family and friends
I suffered an ACL injury following a injury playing rugby with a secondary complication of compartment syndrome following surgery (did not even know this existed), I thought that I would struggle to play again.I saw Jordan Griffiths with my injuries has been great. He guided through my rehab and explained each step in simple terms. He gave me confidence throughout that I would be able to play again I would just have to be patient.Being a rugby player himself Jordan understood my desire to get fit and pushed me in a professional and friendly manor.I am now back training and running again and I will should be fit for the start of next season.I would recommend Jordan to family and friends. The clinic was easy to find and had parking outside. It was complete with a gymnasium where I was able to increase the progression by doing plyometric work and have space to learn how to work correctly again. There is also a hydrotherapy pool which I occasionally used for rehab. Staff were friendly and I would recommend the clinic to my family and friends.
