I stumbled across New leaf and I am so glad I did. Becky was great and I was able to make an informed decision on my surgery after being added to the private support group on Facebook. My whole experience was positive. Dr Hruby was wonderful and I felt that I was in safe hands. The hospital was so clean and the nurses friendly. I have had always problems with my weight, and especially after having my child. Therefore I´ve decided to do something about it, but I failed every diet. I selected Malvazinky Clinic in Prague for hip replacement in May 2015. The treatment was conducted at very good quality level, including the preparations for the surgery and the after-surgery treatment. The doctors regularly visited me and we discussed and agreed all the procedures in details. The surgery itself went very well. The rehabilitation was conducted during 3 full weeks and I am still using the recommendations at home. All the procedures went in time without delays. The doctor and the nurses were available 24 hours/7 days. And all the necessary support and care was conducted in proper way. The medical report was shared at the end of the treatment as well as the full set of the recommendations. So, I think that the selection of this Clinic was right choice and I can recommend this Clinic for different orthopedic treatment/surgery with affordable payment. All the facilities and wards of the Clinic are in very good quality, medical care provided in time and with preliminary consultations. The furniture is very suitable for the patients with orthopedic problems. The wards equipped well with 24 hours access to TV and internet. The toilet and shower are also well equipped for the patients. I would like to consider very good support from the Coordinators from the Clinic and Praga Medica (Tibor Wagner, Maria Vorobyeva, Bogdan) at all the stages – before and during the treatment. They shared all requested information and helped a lot to negotiate the main terms of the travel, treatment and follow up support. They also provide the translation services during the whole period of treatment and it was very helpful. I was equipped with the local mobile to have constant support from the coordinators and additional requests. Good price, communication not the best. Was my third time, so knew what to expect; egg collection, embryo trans etc. No follow up appointment, but treatment much the same as in the UK. I had to stay longer for drugs to take effect because of my age (over 40), but anyone younger might finish treatment earlier. I took Menopur etc for 10 days in UK then in Prague for 2 and half weeks after. We ran out of money for UK treatment,so this was good option. Pretty much same treatment as UK but cheaper. Very busy clinic and I went in with 3 or 4 other girls, which was a nice change. it didn't work out for us this time, but treatment was same as the UK. read more
